What's Inside Every PSD
Open any file in Photoshop. You will always find the same 3 layers, no matter which frame you picked.
- Background — the scene and shadow behind your picture. You can change its color, or leave it as it is.
- Your Design — your picture from AI, placed inside the frame. Click this layer to move it, resize it, or swap it for a new picture.
- Frame — the browser bar, laptop edge, phone edge, or card border. It sits on top, so the edges stay neat even if you change your picture.
How to Use Your Mockups
What to do after you get your 4 prompts.
- Copy the View 1 prompt. Paste it into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude. Your picture from Step 2 is not sent with it. If you want AI to use it, attach it yourself.
- Save the picture AI makes. Look for a small download button on the picture.
- Do the same thing for View 2, View 3, and View 4. Copy each prompt and paste it as a new message. Using the same chat keeps the look the same. But each prompt also works alone in a brand-new chat.
- Want a file you can edit? Go to Step 3. Upload one of your 4 pictures. Pick as many frames as you like. Then download them all together.
- Open your files in Canva, Photoshop, or Figma. You can cut them, add text, or change colors there.

Common problems, and how to fix them.
Getting Started
Clicking "Get My Prompts" does not seem to do anything.
Look for a red box above the button. That means you missed something, like your business name or category. The page moves to it for you. On a small phone screen, you may need to scroll up to see it.
I refreshed the page, and I am back at the email screen.
This is normal. The tool does not save your work. If you refresh the page, you start over. Try to finish everything in one sitting. Or copy your prompts somewhere safe before you close the tab.
I typed my own category, but it is not showing up anywhere.
First, click the "Other" button. The text box will only show up, and only be used, after you pick "Other."
Prompts & Image Generation
"Copy Prompt" does not seem to copy anything.
Click inside the prompt box. Press Ctrl+A (or Cmd+A on Mac) to pick all the text. Then copy it with Ctrl+C (or Cmd+C). Some browsers block the Copy button in private mode.
I pasted a prompt into Claude, and it only described a picture instead of making one.
Claude cannot make pictures unless you set up a special tool first. Use ChatGPT or Gemini instead. Both can make real pictures right away.
The AI still gave me one picture with many views mixed together.
This can happen if you paste more than one prompt in the same message. Or the AI adds extra pictures on its own. Paste only ONE prompt at a time. If it still mixes them, tell it: "Please make only one picture. Nothing else."
My picture did not show up, or the AI changed my logo or text.
Copying the prompt does not send your picture too. You must attach the picture file yourself, every time. If AI still changes it, tell it: "Please do not change the logo or text. Use it exactly as it is."
The AI said no and would not make the picture.
Some AI tools say no to real brand names, alcohol, weapons, or health claims. Try removing brand names from your answer. Describe your product in a simple, general way instead.
Turning a Mockup into a PSD Pack
My picture will not load, or nothing happens after I pick a file.
A small message should pop up at the bottom of the screen and tell you why. This is almost always because of the file type. Save your picture as a PNG or JPG file, then try uploading it again.
The brand color still says "Default" after I upload my picture.
This can happen with plain or gray pictures. There is no clear main color for AI to find. This is normal. Just pick a color yourself using the color box.
Clicking the "Download PSD" buttons quickly does not download all of them.
Your browser may block many fast downloads at once, to stop spam. You can allow downloads when your browser asks. Or just click "Download All as ZIP" instead. That gives you one file, with no blocking.
My editor shows a warning, or the PSD file looks blank when I open it.
Use a newer version of Photoshop, or try Affinity Photo. Both can open PSD files. Very old programs may not show the file correctly.
General
A button or upload does not work on my phone.
Try turning your phone sideways. Or use a laptop or computer for this step. This tool works better on a computer.
