1Tell AI About Your Funnel
Fill in the fields below. Every answer gets built straight into your AI prompt — nothing else to copy or edit by hand. Already have a lead magnet? Use it here. If you don't have one yet, use the Create a Lead Magnet playbook first, then come back.
Your Lead Magnet
Your Goal
2Your ready-to-paste prompt
Copy everything below and paste it into ChatGPT or Claude. It will design your complete funnel: the lead magnet offer, opt-in form, pop-up, delivery email, follow-up sequence, and the setup plan connecting them all.
What Your Funnel Plan Includes
Eight parts, all built from your brief above.
How to Launch This Funnel
What to do once you have your funnel plan. You can use whichever email platform you already have — Mailchimp, Kit, Brevo, MailerLite, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or another one that supports forms and automation. The buttons will look different in each, but what you're connecting is the same.
- Build your opt-in form using the copy from Part 2. Start with just Email → Submit — you usually don't need more fields than that, and every extra field costs you signups.
- Add the pop-up from Part 3, if you're using one. AI will have recommended a placement (after time on page, on exit, on specific posts, or on your homepage) — the goal is to help visitors notice the offer, not interrupt every single one of them.
- Connect the opt-in form to your email marketing platform, so every new subscriber is automatically added to the right list. Test this yourself with your own email address before anything else — confirm you actually show up as a subscriber.
- Set up the automatic delivery email from Part 5 to fire the moment someone joins that list.
- Add the 4-email follow-up sequence from Part 6 as a simple automation: a quick win, a useful tip, a common problem solved, then your offer — spaced a couple of days apart.
- Test the entire journey yourself end to end, on both desktop and mobile, before sending any real traffic to it. Don't launch until you've completed it once as if you were a real visitor.
- Start driving traffic — social posts, blog content, your website, newsletters, or paid ads all work.

Troubleshooting
Common problems, and how to fix them.
Getting Started
Clicking "Generate Prompt" doesn't seem to do anything.
Look for a field outlined in red above the button — that means something required is missing. The page scrolls to it automatically, but on a small screen you may need to scroll up to see it.
I don't have a lead magnet yet — can I still use this?
Use the "Create a Lead Magnet" playbook first (linked above), then come back and fill in its name and description here. This playbook is specifically about connecting and automating a funnel around a lead magnet you already have.
I refreshed the page and lost everything.
This tool doesn't save your work between visits — there's no login system, so a refresh starts you over. Try to finish and copy your prompt in one sitting.
Pop-Up & Form Setup
My pop-up shows up immediately — that feels too aggressive.
Change the trigger in your pop-up tool's settings to exit intent, a time delay, or a scroll-depth trigger instead of "on page load." A pop-up that fires the instant someone arrives is one of the biggest reasons people bounce without signing up.
The opt-in form isn't adding emails to my list.
This almost always means the form was never actually connected to a list inside your email platform — check the form's integration or connection settings, since most site builders need this linked explicitly, it doesn't happen on its own.
Delivery & Follow-Up
Subscribers aren't getting the delivery email.
Check three things: the automation is actually turned on (not just saved as a draft), your sender domain is verified, and check your own spam folder by signing up as a test.
Should the follow-up emails all send at once?
No — space them out. A common pattern is immediately for the delivery email, then every 2 days after that for the 4 follow-ups, so subscribers get one useful thing at a time instead of a flood of emails on day one.
