Terms and Conditions
- Offer for WordPress and Product Upgrades are for unmodified Products (i.e WordPress core has not been modified, WordPress Plugins and Themes are not modified).
- Before any upgrades, backups will be taken. It is expected that sufficient storage for backups will be provided on the server.
- It is recommended to do upgrades on a Staging Server First. If you need upgrades and sanity testing to be done on a staging server (recommended), there will be additional cost equivalent of Server Migration/Staging Server Setup Effort. if needed Staging Server can be provided by WPeka for the duration of the job at no additional cost.
- We understand that some Minor customization may be needed post upgrade. If the minor customization is less than 1 hour of work, it will be done at no extra cost. If changes are needed to fix theme or plugin compatibility issues after upgrade beyond 1 hr, work will be charged on effort basis. Cost will be informed upfront and changes will be done only after due diligence and approval.
